1 1/3 cups nonfat milk powder
3/4 cup instant flour
3 tbsp instant beef bullion granules
1/8 tsp ground thyme
1/8 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp onion powder
Mix together and store in an airtight container.
To prepare, combine 1/2 cup of mix, 1 cup of water, and 1 1/2 tbsp of butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk constantly until smooth and thick (2-3 minutes).
